Hollywood Safflower Mayonnaise is made with our naturally expeller pressed safflower oil. Expeller pressed oils are extracted by pressing the seed without the use of chemical solvents used by most other oil manufacturers. Hollywood Safflower Mayonnaise is also enriched with Vitamin E, an antioxidant.
